“Ecrassus is a generous god and a giving master. He allows us all that we can tear from the grasp of others and provides us with eternally smiling servants.”
– Lysba Valkin, cleric of Ecrassus
Break the weak, in body and spirit, and take what is theirs, in both this life and the next. These are the tenets that clerics of the Broken Bone domain follow, the doctrine of Ecrassus, God of the Skeletal Throng.
Clerics of the Broken Bone domain are mad cultists, driven by visions from their fallen god of his return and rise to glory. These clerics strive to embody Ecrassus’s ways of bloodshed and domination, spreading fear and violence wherever their sects take hold. Through dark rituals and brutal slavery, they work their captives to death, only to raise them again as their eternal skeletal soldiers.
At each indicated cleric level, add the listed spells to your spells prepared. They do not count towards your limit.

Strong of Bone
When you choose this domain at 1st level, Ecrassus strengthens the skeletal warrior waiting within you. You gain proficiency in martial weapons. Additionally, as long as you aren’t wearing armor, your Armor Class is equal to 12 + ½ your Wisdom modifier.
Channel Divinity: Break the Weak
Starting at 2nd level, you use your god’s power to destroy those weaker than you.
As an action, you may choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you who has been damaged. Until the end of your next turn, when you or an ally of yours hits the target creature with an attack, the creature takes an additional amount of necrotic damage equal to ½ your cleric level + your Wisdom modifier.
Reap the Marrow
At 6th level, you lay claim to the bones of the fallen.
Any spell or ability that would allow you to create or raise a creature with the undead type, you may use to create a skeleton, no matter the condition of the targeted remains or normal specifications of the spell or ability. Additionally, when a creature within 30 feet of you dies, you may use your reaction to immediately cast animate dead on that creature as long as you have the spell slot available.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with Ecrassus’s foul energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 necrotic damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.
High Priest of the Throng
Starting at 17th level, you become one of Ecrassus’s most trusted servants. As long as you aren’t wearing armor, your Armor Class increases to 12 + your Wisdom modifier.
Additionally, you and all skeletons under your control gain resistance to bludgeoning damage from nonmagical weapons.
