There are areas in cities where the law must be avoided. Where they’re either too corrupt to safeguard the people who need their protection or where the people who could use protection are operating outside of the law themselves. Street Warriors fill the void that’s left when those around them, for whatever reason, can’t depend on legal means to save them. They’re heroes who rise up from forgotten neighborhoods to defend against gangs and criminal elements who threaten their homes when no one else will.
